Recruitment Website for IT Staff Augmentation — ARDURA Consulting
Challenge
ARDURA Consulting — an IT staff augmentation company with a pool of 500+ senior specialists — needed a website that simultaneously attracts clients looking for developers and IT professionals interested in collaboration. The website had to operate across 3 markets: Polish, English, and German.
The previous website was not delivering results:
- No Google visibility — the site did not appear for recruitment-related queries, forcing the company to rely solely on outbound efforts
- Single language — the company operated across 3 markets, but the website only existed in Polish
- No content — no blog, no content building authority in the IT staffing industry
- Slow loading — Lighthouse score below 60, discouraging both Google and candidates
The client expected a website that would serve as both a sales tool (generating leads from companies seeking specialists) and a recruitment tool (attracting IT candidates).
Process
1. Audit and strategy
We started with a competitor analysis across 3 markets — PL, EN, DE. We identified content gaps and keywords worth targeting. A key finding: the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) had the lowest SEO competition in staff augmentation.
2. Information architecture
We designed the site structure around two user journeys:
- Client → service page → inquiry form → case studies
- Candidate → blog articles → specialization profile → application form
3. Content system
We developed a system of topic hubs — 13 categories grouping articles by themes (IT recruitment, team management, software development). Each hub builds topical authority on its keyword cluster.
4. Multilingual setup
We implemented a trilingual system with independent content per language — not 1:1 translations, but dedicated content tailored to the specifics of each market. PL articles on ardura.pl, EN and DE on ardura.consulting.
5. SEO and deployment
Configuration of hreflang, separate sitemaps per language, Schema.org Organization + Article. FTP deployment to two domains with automatic builds.
Solution
We designed and built a multilingual website in Astro with an extensive content system:
- Blog with 1200+ articles — content pillars: IT recruitment, team management, software development
- Topic hub system — 13 hubs grouping articles by themes, strengthening topical authority
- 3 language versions — PL (ardura.pl), EN and DE (ardura.consulting) with independent content
- SEO across 3 markets — dedicated keywords per language, hreflang, separate sitemaps
- Schema.org Organization + Article — structured data boosting SERP visibility
- Conversion optimization — dedicated CTAs for clients and candidates, contact forms per segment
Results
| Metric | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Blog articles | 0 | 1200+ in 3 languages |
| Language versions | 1 (PL) | 3 (PL, EN, DE) |
| Lighthouse score | < 60 | 95+ |
| Organic traffic | minimal | Top 10 for key queries |
| Specialists in the pool | 500+ | 500+ (99% retention) |
